Please read our Terms and Conditions prior to making your booking and please feel free to contact us if you are uncertain about any aspect of your booking. The following apply to all bookings and holidays made and taken at Seaview International. E&OE.
- A Booking and Amendment Fee of £6 is applied to all pitches / units of accommodation booked.
- We do NOT charge for the use of credit cards.
- Our Holiday Cancellation Plan costs just £5 per pitch/accommodation unit booked and will automatically be charged to the cost of your holiday at the time of booking. A 14-day “cooling off” period applies to the Holiday Cancellation Plan and written confirmation must be received if you do not wish to take advantage of this plan.
- All bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- First amendment is free of charge with subsequent amendments charged at £6 each.
- NO OPEN FIRES, CHIMENEAS OR FIRE PITS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PARK PLEASE.
- Check in time for all Lodges, Caravan Holiday Homes and Touring Pitches is from 3pm on the day of arrival.
- Departure time on all Lodges, Caravan Holiday Homes and Touring pitches is strictly 10am.

- Touring and Camping pitches require a £50 Deposit per pitch / per week (or part week) to be paid at the time of booking.
- One awning OR gazebo is included in the price of all pitches but gazebos in addition to an awning are chargeable.
- Gazebos must not exceed 3m x 3m and are limited to 1 per pitch please.
- Additional Cars and Boats are chargeable and must be parked in our car park.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all items can be accommodated on the pitch type you book and, if unsure, please do speak to us prior to making your booking.
- Dogs are charged per dog / per night (regardless of breed and size) with a maximum of 2 dogs per pitch please.
- All BBQs must be at least 45cm (18”) off the ground and must be placed on a non-combustible surface - please note that pitch damage will be chargeable.
- Check in time for all touring pitches is from 3pm on the day of arrival.

- Caravan Holiday Homes require a £75 Deposit per unit / per week (or part week) to be paid at the time of booking.
- Lodges require a £100 Deposit per unit / per week (or part week) to be paid at the time of booking.
- All Caravan Holiday Homes and Lodges are strictly NO SMOKING units.
- Travelcots and high chairs are charged at £10 each per week or part week booked.
- Dogs are only allowed in certain units and will be charged at £30 per dog per week or part week booked. Only one Dog per unit permitted.
- BBQs are NOT permitted to be used on the deck area of your lodge or caravan holiday home and any damage caused will be chargeable.
- BBQs may be used on the surrounding grass areas but must be at least 45cm (18”) off the ground and must be placed on a non-combustible surface.
- Check in time for all Lodges and Caravan Holiday Homes is from 3pm on day of arrival.
